Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is based off of a predetermined number of pictures. It makes my pricing simple and easy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Talk with them and find out what they are looking for in their pictures and videos.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I had been taking pictures for years and my wife thought it would be a good idea to start this business to use my skills as a photographer and videographer to help realtors, investors, homeowners sell or rent their properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked mostly with real estate agents and for sale by owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently had the pleasure of taking photos for very nice family who were looking to move. I had the realtor and homeowner present during the shoot and they were great with helping move things and letting me go about taking the photos. I spoke with the realtor a few days after I had sent them the final photos and she had told me that the family was very happy with the photos I had taken. She also told me that the homeowners were surprised at how well the photos came out that they couldn't believe that their home looked like they did in the photos I had taken for them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say that in this industry you get what you pay for and cheaper is not better. You are looking for someone to come into the property to not only show what it looks like but to spark that interest and get them through the door. Also see if they are passionate about the quality they will provide and those extra things they are willing to do to make sure the shot is going to be great.
