We've been a TOP PRO SINCE 2017 which is indicated by the special logos listed below. We’re fully committed to a level of service and quality that is best around. We do have several specialties of service so please be sure to view all links for portfolios and sample work to gain an idea of what to expect when doing business with us. We have a 2,000 square foot studio should you need studio services and we travel anywhere, there are no limitations. If you have a moment, we ask that you watch our introductory video from the owner and primary photographer. Photography allows you to go many places and meet many people on a personal level. Our team is a very social bunch and this industry allows us to be social, but yet, perform a job with lasting memories for everyone.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is set to allow the time necessary to provide a high level of service to our clients while using the necessary tools to do accommodate the many variables that can take place during photography. This high standard of service, unfortunately doesn't allow us to often be the least expensive, but our rates are competitive with the service level provided and discounts are built in accordingly when ordering multiple products.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Photography is certainly a profession that allows you to accomplish one goal many different ways. Therefore, I take time to heavily educate a customer on what to expect and what an experience is like working with me. Once this is communicated, an email is then sent and customers are required to review and approve a statement of work prior to a session. This ensures a positive experience as it forces myself and clients to be on the same page for expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We've been in the field since 2006 and there's rarely a week where I'm not independently doing continuing education through online studies or in the field studying to continue to refine my skills as a photographer. I'm a hands on learner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
The owner Chris Jenkins had a need for a camera to support another business I had at the time. While out working with his camera, people started asking if he would photograph for them. From there one request turned into another request and here we are.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with both individuals and corporations. This would include the range of one person businesses to one of the top 25 largest companies. I've worked at events which require secret service clearance to those on a farm. If you're a candidate for my services, your company size or location doesn't matter to me, I love what I do.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Quite honestly, lots of projects stick out in my head. What I'm clearly fond of in all of my projects is meeting expectations. If I don't get an email from a client that shows they were impressed, then I'm going back to their photos and studying them to evaluate what I could of done better. Hearing a clients joy from looking at pictures is everything for me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I believe you pay for what you get is true more than ever these days and it's best to always weigh how important a project is. It's certainly not always necessary to spend top dollar. I'm a very honest guy, if the project is something very casual for you, make sure you have a good rapport and TALK on the phone to whomever you are hiring first. You're going to be working closely with them so getting along is important. If the project is of high importance, I would look over the portfolio and look for a volume of good work. Meaning 5 pictures isn't enough, look for pages of great photos. This will be a better indication of a photographer that has consistency with their work and helps to avoid a situation where you see one level of service and receive another. It's not necessary to see photos of exactly what your project maybe, its very hard for photographers to have every type of photo possible in their portfolio.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Have a clear understanding of what you need and express all of these needs to the photographer. Take a moment to walk through the event in your head and think about what pictures you will need and how you will use them. The photographers job is to help you fill in the blanks, but the more you can share, the better they can assist in asking you questions to make sure all possibilities are accounted for so that your expectations could be meet without any issues.
