Hi I'm retired and work out of my home. I do all the work myself. I have literally digitized 1000s of video tapes. All types VHS, VHS_C, 8mm cassettes, Mini DV. DVD or USB customer choice. Photo Restorations! Yes! Any size or age. You will be surprised what can be done. I approach each restoration with personal interest. When a restoration project is brought to me its because the customer has a deep personal attachment to the photo. I want to to restore their family photo to the original state they remember. Photo/slide/negatives. I can scan all of them are reasonable prices. I can get them printed or put them on a USB for you. Photography. Headshots and portraits At my home studio or outdoors Audio I can digitize cassettes, LP albums, 1/4 in reel to reel tape. Must be personal tapes- no commercial music Video Editing I create unique custom videos from your video tapes, slides and photos by editing and restoring the originals to DVD or other media. I make each customer's project special. Each project is done with complete customer interaction, making each project unique and ensuring total customer satisfaction! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we get to know i little bit about each other to relax and seeing what the customer wants. Then we will work together. The customer will come back and we'll make any changes/additions/deletions. I will assemble the final product and have the customer review for their satisfaction. When the customer is 110% satisfied, I will l complete the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in customer satisfaction for 43 years. First being a hardware technician and and the last 34 years being a manager responsible for customer satisfaction. I have over 100 hours in online training in adobe products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have had passion for photography for almost 50 years. 20 years ago when the digital age of photography came along, I got a scanner and digitized my father's slide collection, 2500 slides. Then for the next 5 years, I made slideshow DVDs for Christmas presents from the slides for my brothers and sisters. When people saw my work, started doing projects for other people

What types of customers have you worked with?

Private individuals wanting to preserve family memories. I have edited a made for TV documentary " Amelia Earhart Mystery" which the producers are in final negotiations with PBS to air it. I did motion graphics and photoshop work for "Taming the Raging Red". a documentary about the construction of the Dension Dam. This DVD is for sale in the Dension area now. I am editing all the videos for baojian Fitness - a Chinese fitness web site

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The Editing of the Amelia Earhart project. It took 4 months to complete and the producers are extremely satisfied with the final product. Plus I l gained an in depth knowledge of the disappearance of Amelia and how many different theories there to this mystery.

Understand what you want first, have a basic Idea and ask if they can deliver want you want. The professional should have ideas or examples to help in the creation process.
