Introduction

What sets our business apart is that we are able to take care of all visual needs for our clients. It's easier on the clients because we are able to create a logo for our clients and then turn around and make advertisements, billboards, and storefront designs. We build good relationships with our clients and have a better understanding of their vision. What I enjoy most about being a visual artist is being able to bring a clients vision to life in my own creative way. I love to push the limits of creativity and make each project truly one of a kind.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We require half of the payment up front to account for the working process and the other half after the client is satisfied with the result. After the final payment is received we send over all files to successfully fulfill the clients requests.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer we like to understand what styles the client likes so that we can better understand their vision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A Bachelors of Science in the field of digital arts and design, an Associates in graphic design and animation. We understand all aspects of the Adobe Creative Suite.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I creatively designed, held art shows, took photos etc. as a kid just for fun. It wasn't until I got to college did I understand I can make a living out of it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with clothing brands, artists, government officials, music artists etc. We understand how to work with clients of any profession.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently branded a tattoo shop. I created there logo in about 3 days. After that I spent about 2 days in the shop, taking professional photos and getting a feel for the environment. I then used the photos and designed there storefront, giving it the personality of the shop.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to try to not stress over how you want it to look too much and let the professionals do their job. It's best to the designer get a feel for you and use his/her professional abilities to deliver the best product.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think about current brands and designs they like. It's very helpful for designers to understand exactly what type of styles the client likes so he/she can create something that uniquely fits their interest.
