What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Some factors that can determine pricing are duration, type of shoot, travel, and more. I offer several different packages designed to fit everyone’s budget categorized by service! Packages offered are minis, basic hour, and two hour in depth sessions. All packages will require a $50 non refundable deposit upon booking that goes towards the full balance. The travel fee is a flat rate of $45 for 10+ miles outside of 77511.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a client has submitted their inquiry, I encourage the client to schedule a complimentary 15 minute consultation with me to discuss their vision in greater detail. During the consultation we will discuss outfits, dates & times, inspiration, photo style, policies, etc, and the process from booking to delivery. But most importantly, my main goal is to build rapport strong enough to learn about the clients personality so I can ensure they shine!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in photography ever since iPhone 6 came out. I started off as an iPhone photographer then upgraded to a humble DSLR during my teenager days. I then worked with Life Touch Portrait Studios where I gained experience of working with clients. I then took photography courses at UHCL to gain more knowledge of the mechanics while I was earning my bachelors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with animals, adults, children, babies, and everything else that breaths!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had a photoshoot in Galveston Texas and it has to be hands down one of the enjoyable experiences we I have had. Even though the shot lasted an hour, I was able to capture many photos during golden hour. I was in awe with the final results and would love to shoot other people in front of the ocean!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Some advice that I can give to a customer who is looking to hire a photographer is to make sure that you are pleased with their editing style. Be sure that you have are also ready to invest in lifelong treasure of images that will stand the test of time. It is also proper etiquette to message photographers if you are only serious about possibly booking.
