Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I offer transparent pricing by making sure that I am on the same page with my client. You do not have to worry about surprise fees or add-ons. I will provide you with an exact quote for the photoshoot. I also offer discounts for military, teachers and medical professionals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My goal is to understand your vision so I can meet and exceed your expectations. Ultimately, I want you to look at your photos and say "Look at me!".

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a member of the Professional Photographer Association (PPA). I am also a student of Joel Grimes and Karl Taylor's photography education curriculum. My experience with photography is a mixture of being a world traveler, church photographer and family photographer. I have an IT and Marketing degree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I lived in Hawaii for over 10 years, while exploring the islands I was captivated by the beauty and the culture. I took up photography so I could capture every moment. I've traveled to many countries, Japan, Australia, South Korea, Canada and most recently England. For each place I visit, my goal is to use my camera to capture moments that will motivate myself and others to travel and experience life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with a multitude of clients: corporate, couples, singles, families, each looking to capture happiness in their photos.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently photographed a client in London. It was a great experience. We were able to laugh and have fun during the photo shoot. Including the laughter, it took about 25-30 minutes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
1. Choose a photographer that will make the experience fun and enjoyable, if not, it will show in your photos. 2. For destination photoshoots, I would suggest making sure your potential photographer makes themselves familiar with your desired location.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. Do I want to use props in my photos? 2. Do I want to change outfits during my photoshoot? 3. Will I need prints?
