What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every Job is different, So every job should be priced accordingly. I am competitively priced and provide what you need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The customer reaches out with a request via email. I usually answer all emails within 1 hour. I will always provide the most detailed and timely process on how to complete the project. Your time is precious and I take great care in achieving your goals on time and on target.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified FAA Part 107 Pilot. Additionally I have the following training: Stockpile reports Full residential Property inspection Site tech onboarding RRE onboarding CRE onboarding

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was always interested in the RC world, but growing up it was too expensive to participate in. When I was in the Military I saw the rise of the drone and their massive capabilities in both military applications and intelligence gathering. After several years I decided to get my first RC aircraft, but wanted something with more control, something more versatile. I graduated up to drones and never looked back. Upon retiring from the military I wanted to try something new and to get a strong footing in the new aerial photography boom.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clients. From friends wanting their weddings recorded to project managers and subsidiary companies wanting to see the progress of their multi million dollar construction projects

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a year long construction project from ground breaking to ribbon cutting. it was a fascinating project and I learned so much about the construction industry.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First and foremost, are the FAA certified? They are, in fact, flying an aircraft, and two, do they know how and does their camera have adjustable settings? A true workhorse drone will have ALL of the capabilities of a handheld professional camera.
