Introduction

Hi, I’m Christine — a photographer who captures love and life with depth, emotion, and intention. I specialize in producing storytelling images that feel like something: romantic, honest, and full of meaning. My approach is rooted in love — for people, for the quiet moments in between, for the beauty of connection. With over 7 years of experience in couples, portrait, event, and wedding photography, I’ve worked with country music artists, magazines, and corporations. But what I care about most is documenting the lives of ordinary people in extraordinary ways. Raised in sunny California, my style is clean, romantic, and grounded in authenticity — with a hint of moody charm. If you’re looking for heavily edited, surreal, Pinterest-perfect photos, I’m probably not the one. But if you’re drawn to imagery that feels real, emotional, and true to you? I’d love to meet you where you are, and document it all. My clients say they love my communication style — I value transparency, clarity, and a people-first business approach. This is about more than just photos; it’s about creating a space where you feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated. I can’t wait to work with each one of you.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I always go above and beyond to make sure my clients are extremely satisfied with my work before processing and finalizing the payment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I often hop on a quick call with my clients to understand their expectations and see if we could be a good fit. From there, I ask for their email address to draft up an electronic contract for both parties’ protection. A deposit is also required along with contract signing for the final confirmation of the booking.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’m mostly self taught when it comes to meddling with the camera. Starting at the age of 13, I got my first DSLR, and read the manual front to back to learn about the basics of the camera. However, as I grew older and kept taking photos, I realized the need for systematic education on the art of photography, which is why I spent lots of time in my spare time taking online courses from professionals with decades of experience. Some of the courses I have taken/am still working on are: 🌟 365 Days of Photography Course by Kevin Lj, 🌟 Fundamentals of DSLR Photography (on Skillshare) by Justin Bridges, 🌟 Portrait Photography: working with Natural Light (on Skillshare) by Benjamin Heath, 🌟 Annie Leibovitz teaches Photography on MasterClass. Learning is a lifelong process!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with: - professionals in need of headshots - couples in need of engagement and wedding photos - students in need of graduation portraits - corporates in need of event photography - families in need of record of their love for one another …

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
There are so many things to look at! It’s important to communicate before the shoot the style you want, and ideally show some sample images. It’s also super important to choose your photographer based on their past works. View their portfolio (view MORE THAN ONE photoshoot to get a GENERAL idea of their skills, sometimes we get lucky with a beautiful sunset but it’s really the sucky weather photos that show a photographer’s true skills), read up their reviews, search them up on social media, talk to them…
