What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to get to know the customer, ask what their needs are, and most importantly understand who the audience is for the final product. Usually a brief phone conversation is a good way to get the process started.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been working in the industry for over 2 decades and have worked just about every department and job, behind and in front of the camera.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love to create and have been taking photos since I was a kid.

What types of customers have you worked with?

A wide variety but typically corporations, agencies and entrepreneurs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a spot for the US Census. It took us a couple weeks to shoot and edit it. We can turn projects around on a shorter basis depending on what the deadline is.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you feel comfortable working with them and that they have a proven track record.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When do you need the project by? What type of budget are you willing to spend? Do you need the project to be edited as well or just want the raw footage?
