What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Considering we have photographic services to offer in so many aspects (Portrait, School, Corporate, Business, Aerial, Virtual Tours, Family, Children and more) we have a separate structure for each department. Each dimension of photography requires a unique approach.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to go through examples of our work and get to know who our new customers are including their likes and dislikes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have many years invested with the PPA (Professional Photographers Association) and the WPPA (Wisconsin Professional Photographers Association). Within the association we also have countless hours of training and studies in the art of photography.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began in High School with my own dark room and a desire to create something visually entertaining. That grew to what we have today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a variety of customers. Adults to children, pets to corporate leaders. We like fulfill the needs of ALL clients in a professional manner.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have recently had the opportunity to do some Aerial coverage for Harley-Davidson at the Sturgis Bike Rally. I have a video on Youtube showcasing the new Harley-Davison Rally Point in downtown Sturgis, SD

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at the quality of the images, the expressions or details captured, and if at all possible talk to someone that has had an experience with them to see how comfortable they felt working with that photographer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my end result. Can this photographer give me everything I am looking for at one location.
