Introduction

I'm Robert Edens and have been a Locksmith since 1996. I pride myself in doing a professional job. Your security is my number one priority. I just started my own business in March of 2022 and have normal business hours. My services are: Residential rekey, lock repair, new installations and lockouts Commercial rekey, lock repair and lockouts I now service RV and Camper locks. Automobile Keys, programming and lockouts I give a 10% discount to all first responders (Law Enforcement, EMS and active Fire Fighters).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are below the National Average which is fair for everyone. When I give a customer a quote that is the final price unless the customer makes changes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will talk on the phone and set up a date and time to do the work. I always message the customer when I am on my way to their location.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a certified locksmith since 1996 and completed my advanced locksmithing in 1997. I am also a member of the South Carolina Locksmith Association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a former Law Enforcement officer I found it was easier to pick locks open rather than kicking a door in.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, Commercial and Automotive

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a complete Master Key System for a large chemical company and it took about 3 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not call a 1-800 number on Google most of these are scammers. Always call a local locksmith that services your area. I service Anderson County, Greenville County, Oconee County and Pickens County in South Carolina.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What they need done. and be able to explain over the phone to the locksmith. Always ask for a quote.
