What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My lockout service price start at $50 and may increase based off of the mileage, vehicle, and time of day.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Asking that customer what is the year, make, and model of their vehicle. I also check to see where they are located.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree from Morehouse, and qualified trained experience in the locksmith field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in this profession from actually being locked out of my vehicle. The lockmsith I contacted took several hours to assist me, and he over charged me. This influenced me to get into the field, and provide customers with an affordable service. I never want customers to experience the service that I did.

Make sure that provider isn’t over pricing you for a job, and make sure there are no hidden fees.
