Many companies have a service charge to cover gas and mileage. Ours is a $29.00 charge for coming out to the location.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I spent 3 years under another company as a journey man locksmith. I'm still learning things consistently as there are several different types of locks on the US market!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced into the industry through a friend who owns his own locksmith company today!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with spanish speaking customers! Hablamos español!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I installed a beautiful vintage deadbolt for a woman who had previous contractors steal her old locks. it was rewarding to help get her taken care of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The market pricing is always fluctuating. Enjoy the summer discounts and prepare for the emergency service that we provide in the cold winter months 24/7

What kind of lock do I need service on? it's important to have accurate information to receive an accurate quote. there are hundreds of residential and commercial locks available. knowing what you need beforehand can help you get accurate pricing right away!
