What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Everything is very simple, I call the customer, make an appointment when it is convenient for the customer, after which I come to the client's address and provide service on the site. Our Van is fully equipped, I can make car keys and other keys on site.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I really liked the recent work with a commercial lock, it was necessary to replace the IC core, for this I had to disassemble a huge glass door to replace the lock, it was an interesting experience. It took about 6 hours.
