Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer competitive pricing and we perform excellent work. "You get what you pay for" as the old saying goes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Establishing a relationship and understanding what their needs are, and determining the best practices to get them there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are federally and state licensed journey level locksmiths. We stay current on trends as new technologies are always coming out in our industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I apprenticed under a master locksmith, worked as a contractor, then for a large shop as well as a university. Our team's backgrounds are all diverse and we all entered the industry in different ways.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Thousands. We work with residential and commercial clients; no job is too big or too small.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I drastically improved the physical security of a neighbor's home for a very low cost yet with very high returns on their investment. Improving someone's security and piece of mind is my favorite part of the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Pictures speak a thousand words! Take pics! A good locksmith can use those prior to arriving to be better prepared to take care of your situation. Describe your needs as simply as possible; a good locksmith will be able to determine what you need.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What are you trying to accomplish by reaching out to a pro? Do you know the brand and finish of the hardware? Is this a new issue or a long term one? What other door/hardware/lock issues are you having throughout your home or business?
