We offer professional services all over DFW at a fair price. We also implement pricing transparency with all of our services and offer online scheduling specials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We gauge the needs of each customer so that we can offer the best solutions and options. With more complex requests, we can send a tech out to the location to assess, provide solutions, and give a firm estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully certified, licensed, bonded, and insured. Every technician on our staff is handpicked and must pass background checks and will be wearing the license to practice at all times. Each technician goes through rigorous technical and customer service training which equips them for every aspect of the job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my family and I fulfilled our dream of opening a security business! We dreamed of serving the Dallas Fort Worth community by using the extensive security knowledge gained over my lifetime to provide peace of mind to homeowners and business owners alike. We have grown with the industry and community, and that has allowed us to provide top-notch, cutting edge, and affordable solutions for your homes and business locations. Fair business practices, elevated customer service, and making DFW a safer place has been my top priority since embarking on this journey over a decade ago. I can't wait to continue growing with and serving this community!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We specialize in residential and commercial work. Beyond serving many of the great members of the DFW community, we have had the pleasure of working with top tier companies as well. Just a few notable clients of ours include Amazon, Walmart, AT&T, City of Dallas, and many more.
