What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer hair and Make-up services and my prices start at $100. My makeup studio is located in 4S Ranch, but can work with you to come to your location, for a small travel fee. The first 20 miles from my location are complimentary, charge $1.50 per mile after that If free parking is not available, I do ask my client to cover the charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know what my client is looking for is very important, having her tell me what she wants on her special day, share inspirational pictures. I encourage my clients to ask questions, share concerns with me (skin conditions, hair extensions, etc). if we feel we are a good fit, we can make our appointment a great experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CERTIFICATIONS from -Lilit's Makeup Studio, Beauty Make-up Artistry -TNT Agency, Professional Make-up course -TNT Agency, master class in Airbrush -ELSTILE academy, Wedding hair styles and Make-up

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always had a passion for makeup. I decided to enroll in a makeup course and loved every minute of it, I knew it was my passion. I enjoy what I do, and making my clients feel their best is a great feeling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work a wide variety of events that have given me the opportunity to work with males and females of all ages. I've worked fashion shows, beauty pageants, TV award shows, weddings, proms, Quinceaneras, and family photo shoots.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Working TV award shows are long hour days, around 9am to 10pm, on your feet most of the day, but they are the most fun.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is very important. Always ask if you have a question, as a professional we have questions for you as well, and communicating will be key to making your appointment a success.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
