What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hello, just to mention that I don’t do hair and the Bridal makeup price is 300$ with lashes and it is 2 hours , the bridal makeup trial is 300$ plus there is transportation fees depending on the location. For normal makeup price is 115$ without lashes and 135$ with lashes and it is 1 hour 30 min, And there will be extra transportation fees depending on your location. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I apply makeup to a new customer, which is my passion, what i only care when she look at the mirror is to see herself beautiful and fabulous , and to book me again for all her occasions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I learned business management in university to handle all the things in our beauty salon in my home country, and i was trained by my mother the makeup techniques and i took some courses in my home country Lebanon

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mother is a makeup artist so from early age i am so influenced by her and of course I learned from her so many techniques and because i love this job so when i applied my passion, the clients are so satisfied

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If she don’t mind how far is the makeup artist, and how long will take the project. I’m in Burbank I don’t mind to go anywhere, what I care is to take care of the appearance of the client and to look fabulous on her occasion and the makeup time is 1 hour 30 min for normal makeup and 2 hours for a bride
