Introduction

My name is Aimee Scott and I’m the artist behind Sesentiraimee Artistry LLC! My purpose is to enhance individual's beauty through makeup application & hair styling. With 14 years of experience, I have learned that beauty is so much more than the physical appearance but also how you feel! Listening to you, and understanding your version of your beautiful self, is my goal. I want you to feel like yourself. I love teaching so if you have product questions, please ask! In 2017, I decided to launch my own artistry business "Sesentiraimee Artistry LLC". 'Se sentir aimee' means "to feel loved" in the love language of French. This statement carries the entire purpose for my business. That is, to transform the unique inner beauty that lies within and to manifest it externally. In that way, my clients will not only feel and look beautiful, but they will feel loved. "To feel beautiful, is to feel loved."

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For booking, We ask our clients to sign our booking agreement (States allergies, policies, COVID info etc.) and a deposit that totals 50% of the total services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Beauty school, Online Academies, Attending Masterclasses and monthly paid online beauty academies to keep up with new trends!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always had a passion for beauty. I was the family member that would volunteer to do everyone’s hair and makeup for all occasion until I decided to go to beauty school in 2007 and make it my career.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you’re hiring a professional that is licensed, experienced, insured, with a registered business and that their portfolio reflects your style or vision. Shows professionalism, how seriously they take their work and a possible good fit for your event!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Price, travel fee, event date details, experience doing certain makeup/hair, bridal, etc.
