If you want to book with me I can get you booked. Every time a client messages me I get charged $20. But they also message other artist. So if you don’t book with me I lose $20. Services -Bridal/ Event/ Photoshoot Hair and makeup -Blowdry and style I DO NOT do - Colors -Highlights - Cuts Prices Bridal makeup $160 Bridal curls $150+ halfupdo $165 updo $180 Trial Hair + makeup $240 + travel Bridesmaids/Special Event Makeup $115 Hair curls$90 half updo $115 updo $130 Flower Girls ( Ages 10 and under) makeup: $45 - eyes, lips and cheeks only hair: $75 + (varies on thickness and length) Long, thick hair or working with extensions + $15 Install clip in extensions + $35 Cancellation and Refund Policy A non-refundable retainer fee for 50% of total due for all services is required to secure your date, which is deducted from the final balance -In the event, the event/wedding is cancelled within 14 days of your scheduled event, you will be held responsible for 100% of the cost of the booked service(s). -Services can not be altered within 90days of event and you will be responsible for paying full amount. -You are responsible for payment of any person in the wedding party/special event cancelling within 90 days from the event. -You are responsible for the full payment amount due based on the total number of people scheduled for services. (For example: if you confirm 5 people are scheduled for service and only 3 show up, you are contractually obligated to pay for the confirmed party members/services even if they are not in attendance/receiving. Service Provider Cancellation: If Mercedes Cortes cancels the appointment, the full deposit amount (****) will be refunded to the client. Additional Terms and Conditions - Late Arrival Policy: If the client is more than 15 minutes late, an additional fee of $20 may be applied. Satisfaction Guarantee: If the client is not satisfied with the service, adjustments can be made on the same day free of charge. -Tips and upgrades: Gratuity is not included in total and it is greatly appreciated. A gratuity scale for the beauty industry 15-20% Additional Fees -If the day of the event you decide to upgrade you understand that the balance remaining should be paid in full. - Extra long or thick hair not mentioned in consultation, the $15 thick long hair fee will be added to the remainder balance. -Start time 5am and before starting at $100. 5am up to 7am starts at $50 -Adding clip in hair extensions and styling: $35 (extensions not provided, just placement and styling) -If hair is wet and blow dry is needed $25 -Working with extensions $15 -Travel fee is .66 per mile Special Requirements -Hair must be clean and 100% dry (If hair is not dry there will be an extra fee of $25) -Please do not straighten hair as it makes it difficult to hold a curl -A robe/button down shirt works best to avoid pulling clothing over the head once the hairstyle is complete
