What to Expect When Booking When working with a new client, my goal is to make the entire experience smooth, personalized, and stress-free. Here’s what you can expect: Initial Consultation – We’ll connect to discuss the occasion, your personal style, skin type, and any inspiration photos you have. This helps me understand your vision and tailor the look to fit you perfectly. Skin Prep & Application – On the day of your appointment, I’ll begin with skincare prep to ensure a flawless base. From there, I’ll apply your customized makeup look using professional products and techniques that enhance your features and ensure long-lasting wear. Final Touches & Review – Before we wrap up, I’ll make sure everything is set, comfortable, and camera-ready. I’m happy to make any adjustments and share tips for touch-ups if needed. Whether it’s for a special event, photoshoot, or a night out, I’m here to help you feel confident and look your best.

Licensed Cosmetologist | Texas & California Graduate of Cinema Makeup School, Complete Track – March 2025 As a dual-state licensed cosmetologist in Texas and California, I bring a strong foundation in beauty, hair, and skincare paired with advanced training from the prestigious Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles. I completed the school’s full curriculum in March 2025, gaining specialized skills in beauty, editorial, character, and special effects makeup. My approach blends artistry with precision, allowing me to create looks tailored to each client’s vision—whether for everyday glam, bridal, fashion, or film.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My journey in makeup began in high school, where I served as the head of the makeup crew for our theatre productions. That early experience sparked a deep love for transformative beauty and storytelling through makeup. I went on to earn my cosmetology license in Texas and later relocated to Los Angeles to further my education. There, I completed the Complete Track at Cinema Makeup School, receiving in-depth training in beauty, editorial, character, and special effects makeup. I also became a licensed cosmetologist in California, expanding my opportunities coast to coast. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working on set, with wedding parties, and on a variety of photoshoots—helping clients feel confident, creative, and camera-ready for any occasion.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is the occasion? – Is this for a wedding, photoshoot, special event, film, theatre, or something else? How many people need services? – Will this be just for you, or are there others needing makeup (e.g., bridal party, cast members, family)? What kind of look are you going for? – Do you have a specific style in mind (natural, glam, bold, period-specific, character-based)? Reference photos help! What’s your timeline? – What time do you need to be ready by? Are there multiple events in one day? Where will the makeup be done? – Will you come to the artist or need them on-site? If on-site, what kind of space/light is available? Do you have any skin sensitivities or product preferences? – Are there any allergies, sensitivities, or specific brands you prefer or avoid? Do you need hair or additional services? – Do you also need hairstyling, lashes, touch-ups, or wig work? What’s your budget? – Having a general budget in mind helps the artist suggest what’s possible within that range. Do you need a trial or preview session? – Especially important for weddings, productions, or detailed character looks. Will you need touch-ups or on-site support throughout the event or shoot? – For long events, photo shoots, or stage/film, you may want the artist to stay on location.
