What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices are very competitive to my location and peers. I also charge for my 8+ years in the industry, coupled with my continuing education, quality of tools and products.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First consultation where we discuss the event details (time, location, service quantity, vision etc.). Then a formal invoices emailed to the client. There is a 20% nonrefundable deposit and final payment is due two weeks prior to the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to beauty school and have a cosmetology license. I am constantly learning new hair techniques and makeup trends.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My immediate family is composed of all barbers. I was always around hairstyling and eventually it grew on me. Eventually I made my way to makeup and couldn't get enough of it!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Ive worked with just about all types of clients. From super tan and glam, to pale and natural. Im familiar with all skin complexions, and textures. I specialize in curly hair and can handle any hair texture.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a three day Indian Wedding in Orlando and was blown away with the hospitality of my clients. From booking a hotel room for me to stay onsite, to the welcoming gift and farewell wedding gift they gave me, I was truly touched. My clients loved the services I provided, which was the cherry on top!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Please make sure to give the professional as much details as possible (location, schedule, amount of services needed etc.). This insures a smoother and quicker booking versus going back and forth on details last minute. Also most professionals have their prices and services listed on their website, please check that first before using a third party website for contact. All third party websites charge the vendor for communication of any kind.
