This way our appointment will be scheduled, and the reserved space will be without a possible overbooking error. cancellation policies: • Cancellations must be made at least 48hrs prior to the appointment date to receive a 50% refund of your deposit. • Any rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to the appointment date.
