What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do a lot of research before pricing my services. I'm one of the most reasonably priced in my area.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually ask them to give me an idea of what they want .. and what they need it for..Any allergies or special needs, then attempt to meet their needs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a certified makeup artist as well as hair braider.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began messing with my hair and doing makeup as a kid, and it just blossomed from there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a range of customers needing makeup and hair for a variety of reasons including graduation, wedding, carnival, or a night out. I am very flexible and cater to all needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent wedding party was so fun and comfortable to be around. 6 hours went by like it was nothing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be careful who you choose, verify the artist’s work, as I’ve seen many post images of someone else’s work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-How long the service takes. -Request Pictures of the artist actually working on their clients. -Provide sample pics of the look they would like.
