Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Transparent and full, detailed pricing is listed in our brochure which will be forwarded as soon as the relevant information is completed in our inquiry form on our website. Lashes are always complimentary!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Brides will simply fill out the quick questionnaire on my website and will receive RAD Beauty's pricing brochure which will include all packages and pricing to get started.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been doing hair and makeup since 2015. I do 2-3 weddings per week along with hair and makeup for engagement photos, senior portraits and many other special occasions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
During beauty school I found hair and makeup to be my favorite part of the industry and then after doing only a few on-location weddings I knew that I was in love with the bridal industry. Makeup is a great passion of mine, however, seeing it all come together and seeing bridesmaids in their dresses and the smiles on the mother of the brides face......there is absolutely not a more rewarding feeling.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
You should really look for someone who showcases work that fits the looks you are going for or someone who shows versatility in their portfolio. An artist who is only showing heavy glam looks or only very light neutral looks may not mesh well with your vision. Price shopping is great for some things in life but in the beauty industry, you usually get what you pay for. If you find someone with very low prices they likely do not have a lot of experience or may be using low quality products. For your big day you need someone who can listen to you and your wedding parties feedback and make the look come to life and LAST for the day!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Does your artist follow sanitation protocols? This means not reusing sponges and brushes. I have a full set of brushes for each person. Using disposables, never double dipping, using hand sanitizer etc. Does your artists products, supplies and equipment look organized and clean? Can your artist provide you with professional credentials? Does your artists style match yours?
