Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
You can view my full service menu by visiting my website. If you don't see your desired time slot, please message me! For any bridal inquiries, please message me and fill out this bridal inquiry form that is on my website under the "Bridal" tab.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Any first time makeup or facial client will receive a booking confirmation via acuity scheduling followed by an email detailing ways to prep for your appointment. A health and consent form is required for all skincare services. For any potential brides, a consultation call is scheduled after filling out the inquiry form. The call helps us get to know each other and it helps give me an idea of what you are envisioning. If it is a good fit, a bridal proposal is sent detailing the total amount due, the deposit required to book the date, and a contract solidifying the agreement. During this time, the trial is scheduled!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a certified makeup artist since 2013 and an Illinois State Licensed Esthetician since 2019. I've taken multiple master classes to fine tune my artistry skills as well as continuing education courses focusing on corrective skincare treatments. Education is a priority for me, so I take anywhere from 5-10 classes a year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I worked at a beauty counter in the Macy's on State in Chicago when I was 18. With networking and working for highly sought out beauty teams, I grew confident in my skills to venture out on my own! I have been a freelance artist for 10+ years and I worked for spa chains since obtaining my esthetics license. In 2023, I opened my suite location where pour my I passion and dedication in order to provide the best experience for my clients!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked on luxury brides, models, working professionals, and talent (actors/musicians).

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently rebranded my business! I wanted to combine my love for artistry with my love for esthetics. So far it has been a hit!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I personally look at all of their work, their reviews, and their responsiveness/communication.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Please have the date and time frame you would ideally like to book. Letting us know the occasion or the reason for booking is also very helpful and speeds up the consultation process!
