Introduction

The products I use are both natural paraben-free. As time goes on, the makeup does not crack, fade, or need any kind of reapplying. Neither does the makeup feel like you're wearing it! It's extremely lightweight. For those who wear the makeup in hot weather, performing lights, or in any situation that involves sweating, or the face getting wet, the products do not melt. For those who are new to wearing makeup, it can be a life changing experience. What I love most about my craft is when my clients see their faces after the makeup is done. Their eyes light up with excitement! To see the enhancing effects of the makeup is priceless also.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a child, I secretly enjoyed watching women who wore makeup. To me they represented people who were important, and a cut above others. In my early Thirty's, I dabbled with makeup and began practicing on myself and others. I began selling makeup with a local makeup company in 2011. From then on, I knew I wanted to become a makeup artist. My former manager took me under her wing, and taught me how to apply makeup professionally. Of course I had to practice on my own, and discover the mighty wonders and anatomy of makeup and brushes. Today, I have my own practice that I truly enjoy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am extremely fond of fashion shows. The fast pace, the beautiful people, and watching my art rip the runway is a natural high for me.
