Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I follow the LET (Listen, Educate, and Transform) approach to ensure every client has an exceptional experience. I begin by listening closely to your needs to understand your vision. Next, I offer guidance, tips, product recommendations, and hands-on instruction tailored to your unique style and preferences. Finally, I work on transforming your look, delivering flawless makeup application, or empowering you with new skills, ensuring you feel confident and beautiful. My commitment is to provide a customized experience that truly enhances your natural beauty.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have three degrees: graphic design, business management, and Makeup Artistry. I am one of the very few Makeup Artists/instructors with a cosmetology license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It has been my passion since I was 5 years old. I developed it with time, starting with my doll as my first client 😂, then my siblings and neighbors, all the way to earning my certification and becoming a professional makeup artist/instructor. I have worked with many events, TV personalities, bridal, fashion, etc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
My customers are quality-oriented and not price-oriented. I worked with all types of clients, from individuals to a bridal party of 10 to full-day events, Miss Top Model, TV personalities, events management companies, film productions, retail brands, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
All projects are close to my heart, and Miss World Top Models was a great one.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for: 1- expertise, 2- quality of service, 3- products being used

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1- You should ask about the process and products being used. the quality, safety and longevity of the makeup are key. 2-It is very important not to be fixated on the price alone, makeup is a service and the price is just one aspect of many. 3- You should have a real conversation with the artist such as a phone call, and not just texting or messaging. You need to feel comfortable working with your makeup artist, it is a human relation/interaction after all.
