My work stands out because I customize the makeup application to you. Not everyone needs the same type of application What I like most about my job is seeing the smile on a clients face when they see the final look. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am a USAF veteran, so military services are ALWAYS priced accordingly. My pricing is varied depending on the service needed, number of people needing services, sometimes the age of the client can also determine the fee. I am competitive with my fees, especially for the tri state area.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From initial request and the decision to hire, there is communication via email or text regarding the details of the event. The time and date are blocked in my calendar, we decide together about any deposit, and I arrive on the date of service ready to work 😁

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have trained with Lancome and MAC. I have had courses with Tatiana Ward and AJ Crimson. I have also had the distinction here on this site as one of Thumbtack's Top Pros 2015, 2016 and 2017.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this because I saw the positive impact I could have on someone

prom, wedding, special occasion makeup and one on one makeup application lessons

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

this prom season a young lady brought a photo of a look that was a little "too much" for a teenage girl. I gave the same look but "age appropriate" and she loved it. so did her parents

go with your gut

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish that customers knew that I do this because I love it. This profession allows me to make people feel good about themselves.
