Pricing is individualized depending on the project/job description, distance to travel, duration of project/job, and time of year. Please contact me so we can negotiate a fair contract together.

To begin, there is always some sort of consultation, whether it's on the phone or in person. During this conversation, I'll listen to your ideas and goals of what the final product will be. Throughout our collaboration, I will check with you to see how you like my progress towards your vision. I always listen well to suggestions and execute directions precisely.

I graduated from Multimedia Makeup Academy in February 2018 with honors including the Award of Excellence, given to the top student of the year showing highest level of skillset. I was also awarded the Community Award, for being active in the school's community to give back and in empowering other students and colleagues. I am a self taught face painter.

My interest in face painting and special effects makeup began when I saw a picture on pinterest. Just as my mother taught me, I always felt like I could try that and do it better! As a creative individual, painting was never my medium of choice. In the past, there was always something about using a paint brush that I wasn't able to overcome. Compared to a pen or marker, the paint brush was, at the time, too fluid and too messy. In the end, with much practice, I am now better with brush in hand.

I've worked with all kinds of people. It's one of my strong suits. I am always open to all walks of life and I don't judge people for any reason. I love working with kids, they have the most authentic reactions to what I paint on their faces. But women are the best models to sit in my chair. They are able to sit still for longer and understand the process better. Men are great, too, because they usually have a more creative outlook. Sometimes, the challenge there is that men aren't used to having any product on their faces at all.

As a tip, just understand that it's extremely difficult for professionals to put a price on what they do. I know for me, personally, I began my career in makeup and face painting because I love to do it. So how can I quantify what I love to do, and then turnaround and charge you that for a profit? It's tough to make a living doing just fair business. It needs to be lucrative to an extent. I also understand that from a consumer's standpoint, it's expensive to hire a professional for makeup or facepaint. But understand that I am trying to be fair to me and fair to you. It's the most challenging thing about freelancing.
