What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer the most competitive On Demand service based on the quality we provide. Every service is completely inclusive- no travel charges and we offer a personalized face chart with every application. Additionally every service starts with a skin care regime and we leave our clients with a sample packs of their skincare as our gift!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are your makeup artistry experts, everything makeup is what we do! Bringing the best certified skin care and makeup experts to you. Our Makeup Artists don’t just “do” makeup applications, they’re trained to teach for those clients seeking lessons. We will inspire you to become your own make-up artist by creating a personalized "How to Face Chart” for every job. Prior to the job we will send you a beauty questionnaire so we can personalize your service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team of professionals have all worked in the beauty industry for many years. Every MM artist is certified in skin care and makeup application, and have additionally been trained in Makeup Masters techniques and products. They not only have multiple years of experience, they come with their passion and love for makeup, and the desire to empower women to be themselves and look and feel their most beautiful.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My whole life I have been in a love affair with everything makeup. Even at a young age I recognized makeup’s transformative power, both physically and emotionally. Throughout the years, treating myself to a little makeup is what got me through life’s ups and downs. Whether it was a job interview, my wedding day, or even a plain old down-on-myself day, makeup made me feel like a better – if not the best - version of myself. It’s only fitting that my passion for makeup led me to a career in Beauty that spans nearly three decades. It’s been a dream come true to work with the industry’s top makeup and skincare brands alongside the most talented makeup artists and visionaries.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Makeup Masters services all and many different types of clients. Business and career women, moms, teens, bridal clients, celebrities, etc... Clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a photo shoot for a women that was looking to utilize our service for a new career venture. She had a professional photographer present as well. She was so impressed with the quality and performance of our company and the makeup application. She has since recommended us to six clients in her industry. The entire job took 1 1/2 hours. This included a “how to lesson” so she will be able to comfortably do this on her own.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take the necessary steps to ensure reliability. Work with a professional team that is demographically in your trading area and has multiple team members.
