What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge fair prices already, asking me to charge less is not fair to me. If you have multiple people I will alter the price!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to know what the customer has in mind. Do they have any reference photos? I will tell you the truth if it is something that is not my strongest skill (like full skeleton face makeup!) and I welcome questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 5 years in now. I started in high school theater. I went to makeup school in NYC and have freelanced for over a year now.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with children to "more mature" people, of all genders! For the most part people are kind! I love those clients!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1.Customers should know that on Thumbtack we pay for leads and if they really have no intension on hiring someone, they shouldn't inquire! I have no problem with people comparing artists and choosing wisely! 2. Proper preparation of the skin is crucial for proper application of makeup. 3. Will makeup turn you into a supermodel? No, it won’t. But I’ll do my best to make you look and feel your best!
