What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I work with all skin tones and hair types and work hard to provide excellent service. Pricing takes into account my 7 years of experience, use of luxury products, and a longwear makeup guarantee - your makeup will last over 18 hours. Makeup prices start at $182 per person and are non-negotiable. I provide quality service and have over 130 5-star reviews.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I provide our customer 1st consultation to assess your individual needs, allergies, skin type and makeup preferences.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a MUA with over 7 years of experience in makeup artistry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After many years in the corporate world, I decided it was my time to do what I love.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've serviced a range of industries from Film, Theatrical, Fashion and Editorial to Bridal, Beauty and those looking for a glowup session for personal events, such as birthdays, photoshoots, anniversaries and attending weddings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I serviced a bridal party of six. Our customer-1st consultation made day of services simple. Each member received an hour long application that they loved and left them beautiful into the wee hours of the wedding night. The bridal party worked well to express their makeup inspiration and everyone was pleased with their finished look.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When seeking a Makeup Artist there a customer should consider: 1. Hygiene: We are personally responsible for the cleanliness of our kits and your health while in our care. I would inquire about the measures taken to provide hygienic service and protect your health. 2. Experience: You know what you want and it's up to your makeup professional to render that look. So go with the artist that is displaying work you love. Being good at some things doesn't apply across the board. 3. Professionalism. Read the reviews! They are hard to come by and speak to the quality you can expect from your MUA.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have in mind the look you are interested in and its suitability for your event. You can discuss this with your MUA and get feedback on what works best for you. Do you want something dramatic or soft, a pop of color or something subtle? You are our canvas, so be vocal about what you'd like. The customer is always right and I will work with you to give you the glowing look you love.
