I have been in the makeup industry for over 12 years. In 2011 I was hired at MAC cosmetics and in 2013 became the Retail Manager at their Albany, NY location until the end of 2020. I would love to chat with you to create the perfect look combining your vision and my expertise! I provide makeup services for any wedding, event, birthday, photo shoot or special occasion. I pride myself in having an extensive makeup kit with makeup for any look, skin type or tone. Wide array of eye lashes to chose from which is included in price of makeup application. Brushes are thoroughly cleansed prior to your appointment. All makeup used is sanitized and disposable applicators are used whenever possible. My pricing is based off of years of experience, an extensive makeup kit that offers everything, and 5 ⭐️ customer service! You truly do get what you pay for!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to get to know my client. The more I know the better! I’ll ask what your typical makeup routine looks like, what your comfort level is, and if you have any inspiration pictures.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have fashion show certification from MAC and had quarterly trainings every year. I am constantly learning new trends and techniques.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After always being interested in makeup growing up, I got a job at Bare Minerals and started learning more about makeup application and customer service. After about a year there, I joined MAC cosmetics part time. I became the product specialist there for 2 years, then moved locations to be the manager. I was then manager for 8 years and learned so much!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every type of customer! That’s what I loved about working at the lead cosmetic company in the capital region of NY. I met so many wonderful people of all walks of life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always advise to set up a phone call with your provider so you can get a better idea of who they are, what they offer, and their commitment to you.
