What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is individualized per service. I have strait forward rates but they vary base on how many people and what services you are receiving. I charge extra for a trial, and also for traveling to your getting ready location. I do require a 10% non refundable deposit to reserve your date. If you have questions about pricing reach out and I can quote you an exact price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing I do is make sure I am available for your date. Then I quote you a price based off of the information you give me. If you agree to book with me, I then require a 10% deposit to reserve your date. After this you can send me pictures of styles you like. We can schedule a trial run about a month before your wedding.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology 3 years of doing bridal hair and makeup

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work primarily with brides and their bridal parties. I have also done many proms and homecomings.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It is necessary for me to know exactly how many people want hair and makeup services, how far away your getting ready location is, how much time you have allotted to get ready, what style hair and makeup are you looking for, if you want to do a trial run beforehand, what date is the wedding.
