Here at Robin McKenna Hair & Makeup Studio we take pride in our work and want our clients to feel and look amazing on their special day. With a minimum of 4 people receiving services for on location . Any services done over an hour away there will also be a over night stay added.. Trials are done in the Studio at 35 Quaker lane West Warwick, RI.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide hair and makeup services. Prices vary according to what you are looking for and how many are getting services. When you book a hair and makeup package you recieve a discounted rate. Travel fee depends on distance traveled and parking or valet fees would be billed to client as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually find out what look the client is looking for. Pictures are always encouraged. So we can come up with a style that you love and customize it to you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every year we attend hair shows and continuing education classes to stay up to date on new trends.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Robin Mckenna started freelancing and going on location for weddings in 2010 in Florida. There she worked for Walt Disney World doing hair, makeup and nails for numerous weddings and concerts. She thought it was wonderful to be a part of something so magical!! Before moving to Florida she owned a hair salon in Georgia and very much enjoyed coloring, cutting, styling and making her clients hair look beautiful for over 28 years. Currently she owns a salon in West Warwick , RI.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked on a variety of clients from celebrity clients, models, Congresswomen to the girl next door.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It is impossible to name just one project. All of the projects we work on are exciting and new!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Pick the person you feel comfortable with and you think will do what you are looking for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What kind of style they are looking for and what prep should be done before the service.
