What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I feel that I have priced my services so that everyone can truly afford having themselves made up for their special occasions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I make sure that I ask a lot of questions so I can truly understand what they are wanting in services. Perhaps asking them just how often they wash their hair; how much time they are willing to spend on it? etc. With makeup, I find out what lines of makeup they are currently using and discuss possible changes to their makeup set up.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Cosmetology license in Texas

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Went to beauty school.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked on people of all ages with an array of different ethnic backgrounds. Celebrity clients, heads of state, sports figures, to every day housewives.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I created 10 amazing floral headpieces for the DIFFA fashion show that proved to be absolute show stoppers. Took several weeks to create all ten pieces.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask lots of questions.

Ask if they are able to create lots of various styles and what is their specialty.
