What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My fees are based on the average cost for styling in the Central Texas and surrounding areas. I base my price off multiple factors. Professional Expertise Quality Products Customizable styles Continuous Education Time and Attention to Detail Overhead Cost Consistent Results I do understand that I am not in everyone’s budget, and that is okay! I’m still here for you whether it be booking me or offering you recommendations🙂

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Asking lots of questions! I wanna make sure that you receive the end result you’re looking for or at the least something similar. I want you to feel and look your best once I’m done working my magic!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

l am fully trained on all hair textures from limp and fine to course and curly. I know how to style hair properly while maintaining the integrity of your hair and being able to give you longevity with your blowouts and updos that are sure to last all night/week long!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just a few tips when searching for the perfect style! 1. Know the neckline of your outfit when considering if you want up/down, half up, or to the side. 2. WEATHER!! Will it be an outdoor/indoor event or both? What is the weather like where and if you are traveling? 3. If you have short/fine hair or both i highly recommend hair extensions. They have the ability to offer fullness/length or both whether bonded professionally or clip ins. I have recommendations for both, just ask! 4. When looking at inspiration photos, make sure they match your current hair color and length. 5. ALWAYS come to the trial and day of services with clean, dry hair. I always suggest a professional blowout prior to both. 6. Items to be supplied by the guest - veil, hair extensions & accent clips, and any specific hair products you prefer over what i use.
