What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do not accept payment through Thumbtack. My client's quote includes lash add on (optional) and mini product kit touch-up such as lip, concealer or powder. Any additional fees such as travel, parking, airfare, etc will be separately stated in your contract/ invoice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I request all necessary information to best quote you and your party. Next, I send an itemized invoice. Once your 50% non-refundable deposit is made, I book and hold your slot. Lastly, I see you on event day (15 mins ahead of schedule) to provide your service and collect the remaining balance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am self taught with with training from Mac Cosmetics.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been a creative. Makeup was just another avenue to explore my creativity. From there I honed my skills and made it my full time job/passion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all different ages, races, and genders.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had the privilege of working with celebrities on commercials such as Salad and Go & Cane's Chicken.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to look at my work. Does my style fit yours? Check the reviews and their dates, see what my clients are saying about me. Book a trial for your wedding to ensure we have a clear vision and game plan for your special day!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many people require makeup and hair? What time is your event? Where will your services be taking place? Have you allotted enough time for the number of services I'm requesting? Does the location have ample space and good lighting?
