The goal of my therapy sessions is to help couples recognize and understand their differences and conflicts, and to develop strategies for resolving them. This type of therapy typically involves both partners and can be done in individual or group sessions. During our therapy sessions, couples will work together to discuss their problems and work towards finding solutions. I also help people cope with various life changes, solve problems in their family, with children, with relatives, conduct divorce therapy, sort out career issues, and explore spiritual development. Each person is unique and multifaceted, so i use different methods and technics for each person in our sessions. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Everyone can feel happy only if his life is balanced in all areas including family, work, sport, health, hobbies, education and relaxation. Estimate yourself, how do you think you are balanced in these areas from 1 ( unbalanced) to 10 (greatly balanced)? If you have some challenge in one of these areas, ask yourself, how your life can be improved today in this sphere? We will answer these and other questions with you during our sessions. My session is held in a clear time frame of 50 -60 min, and ends with a debriefing of each session. And then you will have homework based on your goals, desires and values ​​that you can work on until the next session (these can be various exercises, changes in the behavior model, description of tasks in a notebook, reading some books, listening to fragments of audio or video training). We help the client to remain in that mature position, in which it is possible to take responsibility for the realisation of the homework undertaken during the session. This is your first real step in achieving the goal. If you take this step, then at the next session with the help of clarifying questions we will determine the next steps to achieve your goals and desires.
