Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our couples coaching sessions start at $150 per week, with a complimentary first session to ensure we're the right fit for your needs. Payment plans are available to make investing in your relationship more accessible, and our signature 12-week Connect Method™ offers bundled pricing for those seeking deeper, lasting transformation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start all couples with a FREE consultation to understand your unique relationship challenges and ensure that our personalities align. This session helps us determine if we’re the right fit to support your goals. If we all agree it’s a good match, we’ll schedule your first session and provide intake assessments and paperwork to help us tailor the coaching to your specific needs. From there, we’ll dive into weekly sessions designed to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen your connection, with additional resources and tools to support your growth.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Combined, we have over twenty years of experience in life and relationship coaching and are trained in advanced techniques like nonviolent communication, love languages, attachment theory, and polarity dynamics. More importantly, we’ve faced our own relationship challenges from the very start and have firsthand experience navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, and fostering connection. This lived experience, paired with our professional training, allows us to offer both practical tools and heartfelt experiential guidance. We also draw from personal growth practices like meditation, mindfulness, and shadow work, which enhance our holistic and compassionate approach to coaching.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our passion for helping couples build deep, lasting connections comes from our own journey. Early in our relationship, we faced significant challenges that often felt overwhelming. With the help of a married couple, intentional growth, and a shared commitment to one another, we not only overcame those struggles but deepened our love in ways we never thought possible. This transformation inspired us to guide other couples on their paths to healing and fulfillment. Together, we bring unique insights and heartfelt support every step of the way, combining lived experience with proven strategies to help relationships thrive.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with all kinds of couples—engaged couples preparing for marriage, newlyweds navigating their first years together, and long-term partners who want to reconnect or overcome tough challenges. Our clients are growth-minded people who care deeply about their relationship and want to strengthen their communication, build emotional intimacy, and grow together as a team.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our favorite couples came to us feeling like roommates instead of partners. They were newly married and struggling with communication, intimacy, and balancing their busy lives. Over 12 weeks, we guided them through our Connect Method™ program, focusing on understanding each other’s needs, rebuilding trust, and creating habits that brought them closer every day. By the end, they told us they felt more connected and in love than they had in years. Hearing them say, ‘This program saved our marriage before it really started falling apart,’ reminded us why we do what we do. Moments like that are why we’re so passionate about this work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When choosing help for your relationship, it’s important to find someone who feels like the best fit for your unique needs and goals. Look for a professional or couple who offers practical, customized tools instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, and make sure their philosophy aligns with the kind of relationship you want to create. It’s also worth considering how their approach differs from traditional talk therapy. Simply talking about your problems over and over can sometimes make things worse by keeping you stuck in the past. Instead, focus on finding someone who will guide you with actionable strategies to create the relationship you truly desire. We encourage couples to explore their options, but most importantly, choose someone who makes you feel confident, comfortable, and understood. If you’re ready to experience what sets us apart, we’d love to start with a free consultation to see if we’re the perfect match for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What are the main challenges in your relationship right now? What do you hope to achieve with your relationship help? Are you willing to commit time and effort to improve your relationship? What qualities are you looking for in hiring a professional? Do you prefer individual sessions, group coaching, or a combination of both?
