I am a certified Life Coach, Health Coach and Relationship Coach. I work with people who are struggling with stress, low self esteem, anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm. I help them discover their passion, find their inner peace, and reclaim their vibrant health and energy. I show them how to overcome the limiting habits, patterns and beliefs that are holding them back. I help my clients create a life they absolutely love to live! I, myself, spent way too many years feeling unhappy and stressed out. I had unhealthy relationships. I found myself in a career that I loathed. I neglected my health. I felt worried, anxious, overwhelmed, and stressed all of the time. I was simply surviving. I definitely wasn’t thriving and fully living my life. You don’t have to do that! You CAN have the relationships, the career, the health, and the joyful, fulfilling life that you have always wanted. I use highly effective, proven techniques that are simple, yet completely transformational. My program will dramatically improve your life, and you will have SO much fun in the process! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My initial appointment is free. I do offer discounts for six month programs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My initial complimentary appointment with a new client is 20 minutes. After that, we meet weekly via phone, FaceTime or Zoom. My programs vary in length from 6 weeks to 6 months, depending on the needs of the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am trained and certified in both Health Coaching and Life Coaching. My certifications include Certified Health Coach, Certified Life Coach, Transformational Coach, and Master Level Life & Health Coach.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to see an amazing Life Coach, during a time when I was really struggling. I decided I wanted to help people in the same powerful way that she helped me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with women and women.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am currently working with clients who find me because they are stressed out, overwhelmed, and missing their enthusiasm for life. My clients begin to see results after even just one session, and they start enjoying their lives again. It’s such a privilege to be such a joyous part of my client’s lives!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We all need help sometimes. It’s okay to get help when you need it.

What outcome would you most like? What is one habit you would love to change? What is your biggest challenge right now? What would you like to have in the next 3 months or 6 months? Is your daily life working well for you? How would you like it to be better?
