What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to make sure we are a good fit. The first session consists of us getting to know each other. I will ask questions about your life, your complaints and symptoms, and your goals. It is always up to you how much you want to disclose.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a master's degree in social work and a bachelor's in psychology. I am completing additional post-graduate training in marriage and family therapy at Denver Family Institute. I am trained in Level 2 of the Gottman Method, Level 1 of EMDR, and I am a certified trauma professional.

I have worked with couples, families, and individuals with various issues and goals. I have experience working with relationships, pre-marital counseling, infidelity, trauma, bipolar disorder, anxiety, grief, gender identity exploration and the LGBTQIA+ community.
