What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our sessions will last for 45-50 minutes. I am not on any insurance panels. if you have out-of-network benefits I can help you with getting reimbursement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I believe in a collaborative healing approach. Together, we identify areas of concern and develop strategies for change. I believe in exploring the underlying causes of our struggles. My approach is varied, taking and blending techniques from a variety of sources, rather than relying on a single system of intervention. Individual Therapy- Recognizing the need for change can be exciting. The path forward is sometimes unclear, and at times, overwhelming. Together, we will develop a plan for the change you desire. Over time, this change can become long-lasting, and transformative. Couples Counseling- We all bring our personal history and experience to relationship. I believe that sharing this story with your partner in different ways can reveal a deeper level of understanding and intimacy. A new way of relating announces itself; revealing entirely new possibilities in your relationship.

Licensure: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. Education: MA in Counseling, Regis University MBA, University of Colorado MS, University of Colorado

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have seen the change that occurs through the therapeutic process. I want to share this with others.

I offer individual and couples counseling.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The length of time we work together depends on you and your goals. We can address a pressing issue in a short amount of time, or work on deeper issues over a period of years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a licensed professional counselor. This ensures that the person you've chosen has both education and experience.
