I work with clients to fit their needs with a short session or a more in-depth session depending on their individual needs. What are you willing to invest in your mental and physical well being?

I start with an interview of how things are going in your life, family relationships, health, finances, and specific issues you’d like to address. Then I have you sit or lay comfortably and guide you through a relaxation meditation and into a past life memory. I ask simple questions to open up the experience. Then we move to the end of that life, and I guide you to connect with spirit guides and get additional guidance. Then I bring you back to the present moment and we talk over your experiences and how they apply to your present.

I became interested in Past Life Regression while reading a book from American psychologist and spiritual teacher Dr. David R Hawkins. When he said; “You won’t likely stumble across a karmic pattern, and recognize it, in 15 lifetimes, but you can find and let go of it, in one past life regression.”

I’ve had sessions with people of all ages and religious backgrounds and feel PLR therapy is safe and beneficial for very young children to the elderly. It does not harm or go against any religious beliefs, in fact I’ve seen it deepen and bring more meaning to the teachings of a variety of beliefs.

A 30 year old male patient contacted me to see if past life regression could help him with several issues 1- he had injured his lower back two years earlier, was in a lot of pain, he was going to the chiropractor twice a week for adjustments, doing traction therapy twice a day at home, and wasn’t seeing any improvement, he showed me the MRI photos of the bulging disk in his lower back and had scheduled surgery for the end of the year. 2- he had stomach ulcers and had issues with his digestion since he was a child. 3- he also wanted to know if he and his wife of five years had been together in other lives. As we went through the hypnosis into a past life he found himself a man in a Viking time walking through a village to meet a woman. As he saw her he told me “that’s my wife, she looks different but it’s definitely her!” As he moved forward in the life, he said “I’m putting on armor, I think I’m going to war, next he said that wasn’t a war, we slaughtered them, I feel real shitty about that, I’m never doing that again. I’m going to tell the hersir (viking commander) I’m not doing that again. “ When he went to the commander and told him he wouldn’t do that again the commanders assistant ran him through the abdomen with a sword, and he died. After the session he told me that he could tell that the sword went through his stomach and out his back, in the same place the herniated disc is. He pulled up his shirt and showed me a light birthmark just off the side of his bellybutton and said “this is exactly where the sword went through!” A month latter I checked up on him and asked if he noticed any improvements since the PLR session. He said “ yes zero stomach issues since that day” I also ask about his back. He told me “ my back is at least 50 percent better then it’s been since I injured it, but he still had surgery scheduled for the end of the year (about 4 months away). Two months after the session I asked him how thing we’re going, and he said still zero issues with his stomach since the PLR. Also that his back was pain free, and that he canceled the surgery, and chiropractor visits. All that from one 90 minute session! 💫This is one of the reasons I love ❤️ assisting people to live healthy, joyful, fulfilling lives. 💫

Your own higher self is the guide, not me. I just help you reach a deeper state, just below the noisy mind. Then I ask simple questions e.g., are you young or old, is it daytime or night, etc., to deepen the experience. So depending on your own willingness, to TRUST your higher self, the session can be life changing, in the most beautiful, and healthy ways!
