Scheduling is based on your preferences, availability, needs, and other individual factors. Whether you need a sounding board or direct guidance, I am here to help. It could be a specific issue you want to process or something more broad like chronic stress, anxiety, back pain, or stiffness. Whatever your mind/body or life circumstances, I am here to guide you toward long-term health, contentment, and success. No temporary solutions, quick fixes, or fleeting escapes. Our work may include guided self-inquiry, contemplation exercises, mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, breathing techniques, mantra training, brain training exercises, physical practices, and other mindfulness techniques. We will review your goals and circumstances, and identify what needs the most attention right now. We will create a custom-for-you plan of action that includes working in session together and things for you to do in between sessions. All sessions are provided virtually/online via Zoom. Zoom is a video communication service that is free for you to use and easy to access. More information about using Zoom can be provided upon request.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start by getting to know you. There is no one-size fits-all formula for better living. To successfully guide you, I must learn about the whole you (brain-body-life). We will review your goals and circumstances, and identify what needs the most attention right now. We will create a custom-for-you plan of action that includes working in session together and things for you to do in between sessions. Our work may include guided self-inquiry, contemplation exercises, mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, breathing techniques, mantra training, brain training exercises, physical practices, and other mindfulness techniques.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and YACEP with over 15,000 professional teaching hours.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been passionate about helping others. That said, my education in this field wasn't originally intended for a career path. It was for me to deepen my understanding of the practices that were helping me. I was successful in business elsewhere. Successful, but unfulfilled in my work. I took on a few opportunities in this line of work as I considered making a career change to something more fulfilling. It quickly became clear that this is exactly the type of work I want to do be doing - and that I'm really good at it. That was the beginning.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with clients of varied ages, dispositions, backgrounds, phases of life, walks of life, etc. My youngest students were 2 years old. My oldest clients were in their 90s.
