The word holistic means that all part of ourselves are included in the experience of working together. I specialize in relationships, communication, anger management, self-esteem, inner child work and processing trauma through somatic processes. I offer a free 20 minute consult and have different rates for single sessions versus packages! Offerings: Within my team, we offer 1:1 therapy, private yoga, tea ceremonies, nutrition coaching, body work, physical rehabilitation, soul coaching, and private chef experiences. We come to you or you can travel to us! We host ceremonies such as cacao ceremonies, retreats, weddings and baby blessings.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are based on package deals and amount of time required. The customer completes a consultation and we decide together what the best package is for the client for 12 weeks. It takes 90 days to complete a habit change so I like to foresee this amount of time together so I know results will last and turn into a lifestyle shift.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We complete a zoom or in person consultation covering the basics of integrative health. We look at many different aspects of everyday life and see where the focus of the program needs to be. We then make a schedule and plan for 12 weeks to reach the goals we establish in our consultation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I deeply understand trauma and how it impacts our day to day lives. I study DNA and the way genetics plays into what we experience in our life. There are ways to live differently and process what has happened within our families/lives with the right tools. Nothing feels better than to feel free of our own mind.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a variety of customers. Ranging from all types of medical/mental conditions ages 12-adults. We have a team of people specializing in different types of therapy and you can find a match by having a free discovery call.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am taking 23 people to guatemala to work in a medical clinic on a volunteer trip for 2 weeks. We have fundraised the money to build the chairs and will spend our time with local community. I offer 3-5 retreats per year around the world!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they embody what they teach and teach only what they embody. Feel the connection, what does your heart say? Do they have the clients best interest in mind?
