What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My approach to coaching starts with a complimentary consultation to align on goals and fit. We then set SMART objectives and craft a tailored coaching plan. Through regular sessions and ongoing support, we track progress and maintain accountability. Continuous evaluation ensures we're always moving towards your desired outcomes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a certification in coaching from the ICA as a Coach and Facilitator Coach. Additionally, I specialized in relationships, singles looking for relationships, and matchmaking through the RCI. I also hold a specialization in Nonviolent Communication.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I initially got started in coaching quite organically. I attended a personal development conference for my own growth, and during the event, I felt a strong calling to help others achieve their potential. This experience ignited my passion for coaching, and from there, I began to pursue it more seriously, ultimately turning it into my profession.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse array of customers, from couples striving to strengthen their relationships through enhanced communication to individuals committed to their own personal growth and development.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent project that truly inspired me involved working with a couple navigating significant communication challenges in their relationship. They grappled with a lack of active listening, differing communication styles, an avoidance of conflict, and issues with empathy and validation. However, through our tailored exercises and dedicated coaching sessions, we systematically addressed these challenges. The transformation was remarkable; they learned to communicate more effectively, fostering a more harmonious and understanding relationship. Witnessing their journey from frustration to deep connection was incredibly rewarding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When searching for a relationship coach, find someone who genuinely listens and tailors their approach to suit your unique needs. Look for expertise in conflict resolution, communication skills, and a proven track record of helping couples rejuvenate their connections. The right coach not only guides but empowers you to nurture lasting love.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before consulting a relationship coach, consider what goals you want to achieve, the challenges you're currently facing, and the type of support you prefer. Reflect on your commitment to the process and any prior experiences with coaching.
