Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We charge our partners by the session, not the hour. Each session is 55 minutes. The more sessions you book upfront, the more we can offer you discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Every life challenge impacts each person differently. That's why we treat every interaction as unique. We show our commitment to this approach by engaging with our partners and following these steps: 1. Actively listening. 2. Asking the right questions. 3. Seeking to understand. 4. Listening and repeating steps 1, 2 & 3. 5. Formulating a strategy with you that will work for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our “Renew - Revive - Reinvent” coaching sessions will transform your relationship to help you get things back on track. In our sessions, we will cover the following with you: - Basic Communications 101 - How to Agree to Disagree - Rebuilding Trust - Conflict Resolution - Active Listening - Intimacy 101 - Self-Awareness & Accountability - Mediation, Translation & Restoration We have been helping elevate relationships for more than 15 years. We have coaches with various backgrounds which allows us to seamlessly talk with you and understand what's needed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We realized there was a gap in the help process that needed attention. Helping someone shouldn't feel like intensive therapy—it should be relatable, non-judgmental, and inviting. So, we created a space where people feel comfortable, warm, and free to speak openly without fear of judgment. Because of these values, we were honored with the United Way of the Midlands Coaching Excellence Award in 2006. Since then, we've continued to help relationships grow! We follow our passion for helping others elevate their relationships so they can experience their highest level.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We didn't know there were "types" of customers. We look are them without judgment as just people. In short, we respect that every situation is unique.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Keep this in mind as you look to grow: Do not move on emotion. There is too much at stake. Are you ready and open to being helped? Knowing that you're hiring the service means you need to own your experience. It's a partnership. Be open to the process. It may feel "awkward" but we will get you there. Know what you want the outcome to be. (your goal) Are you prepared to receive honest feedback? Ask yourself if you are ready to commit to the change that the interaction with a coach will bring about.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What do you want? Why do you want it? Do you want help with your concern? Are you clear on what your concern is? What would a successful journey in coaching look like? Are you open to direct feedback?
