My entire life has been centered around listening to others who are seeking guidance to achieve their goals. Whether it's in relationships, careers, personal growth, or finding peace and motivation for their next steps, I've been dedicated to helping them. With 30 years of experience as a pastor, blended with counseling and successful entrepreneurial adventures, i have now transitioned into life coaching, by founding Target Life Group in hopes of helping clients navigate their journey and reach the fulfillment they seek.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is among the fairest 8in the industry. I offer various discounts for specific situations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with an introduction. Then listen to understand my clients situation, concerns and needs. Together we do some exercises that helps me to get familiar with your personality, where you feel you are in life at this moment, what your goals and needs as well as the interupters that keep you from achieving those goals and desires. We then make a plan of action that sometimes includes a bit of homework to help you move through the process as you begin to see results that you expect..

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

30 years in youth and adult ministry. Psychology background, Counselor, 4 years for private non profit. Life and business coach since 2021, 30 years entrepreneur success.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Through my years of ministry and counseling, I discovered a natural gift of helping people from all walks of life. The ability to help clients reach their goals, conquer life and discover their dreams, passions purpose and why brings me a fulfillment in life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Clients that need to rebuild relationships, premarital development, communication skills, conflict resolution, self esteem, career struggles, spiritual growth, self care, financial management, addiction struggles, and all business needs

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a couple that struggled in their relationship due to financial hardship and mismanagement. By the end of their 6th session they began to experience financial freedom and put the joy back in their marriage by building a team spirit with open communication to govern life and budget together.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Everyone needs someone to talk to and confide in. A person they can trust who's in their corner but can be direct and honest. A coach will help with discoveries, a plan of action and follow through so you can achieve what you desire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are their specific goals. Does the Coach have experience in my area? What is the coaches background ang training, style and approach, how is progress tracked, can the client build trust and rapport with the Coach, what is the availability, pricing and frequency, is there a free trial session, what is the coaches track record and are there testimonials, and am I ready to commit to the coaching process.
